Bywgraffiad yr Awdur / Author Biography

Andrew James Davies is Professor of Education at Swansea University, and Director of the Centre for Research into Practice. His research interests include educational leadership, headteacher recruitment and retention, and the impact of educational policy on teachers’ professionality and practice. Gary Beauchamp is Professor of Education in the Cardiff School of Education and Social Policy at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and an Honorary Professor at Durham University. He has published widely in international academic journals and led many funded research projects.
