Lois is visually impaired but that doesn't stop her being a keen photographer. She loves going out walking with her guide dog, Samson, and taking photos, but her family worry about her - and Lois wishes she could be more independent. Part of the Rhyngom Scheme.

Ysgrifenna Penny Joelson nofelau llawn cyffro a dirgelwch i oedolion ifanc. Ei nod yw rhoi llais i gymeriadau amrywiol, lleisiau na chlywir yn aml mewn llenyddiaeth. Dechreuodd weithio gyda phobl anabl pan oedd hi’n ei harddegau – dyma oedd ysbrydoliaeth ei nofel gyntaf, 'I Have No Secrets', sydd bellach wedi ennill gwobrau lu. 'Things the Eye Can't See' ydy ei hail nofel sy'n dilyn antur Lois, merch 15 oed ag amhariad ar ei golwg.

Penny Joelson was born in London, where she still lives with her two children and teaches creative writing. She began working with people with disabilities when she was a teenager, which gave her the inspiration and insight for her first book, 'I Have No Secrets'.
