Bywgraffiad yr Awdur / Author Biography

Eileen Younghusband was born in London in 1921. At the age of 87, Eileen graduated from the Open University as one of its students of the year. Now 91, she remains an active campaigner on health and education issues and attends computer, French and Spanish lessons. When she’s not giving regular talks about the women of the WAAF or the radar rooms she continues to write.
