Disgrifiad Cymraeg / Welsh Description
Yn wyllt, yn drist, ac yn ddoniol dros ben, yn amrywio o dde Cymru i Orllewin America, mae'r straeon yn Dogs in a Storm yn llawn pobl sy'n gwthio terfynau eu bywydau eu hunain: collwyr ac unigion, cowbois ac ysbrydion, pob un yn dawel ei feddwl am i'w bydoedd newid ond eto'n gwbl amharod pan fyddant yn gwneud hynny.
Disgrifiad Saesneg / English Description
Wild, sad, and blackly funny, ranging from south Wales to the American West, the stories in Dogs in a Storm are full of people pushing at the limits of their own lives: losers and loners, cowboys and ghosts, all quietly desperate for their worlds to change yet totally unprepared when they do.

Adolygiad y Cyhoeddwr / Publisher Review
INTENDED AUDIENCE (obviously quite tongue-in-cheek, but hopefully gives some idea of the vibes!): Literary fiction fans who also happen to be freaks; readers of George Saunders, Julia Armfield, Ottessa Moshfegh, and Colin Barrett; the girls and the gays; Bruce Springsteen devotees; seventeen-year-old's desperate for a friend; overeducated and underemployed twenty-somethings; older people who can remember being overeducated and underemployed twenty-somethings; lovers of the Gothic; lonely housewives; former and current addicts; anyone who wants to change their life but is unsure if they’re able to; anyone who feels trapped by circumstance; anyone who is worn down but is still trying.
