A young calf is longing for a sense of belonging and freedom having been shunned by the other cows around her and their mothers for doing non-cow things. Trapped in a world that is very much not human, Marion must survive both the brutalities and expediencies of her animal existance but also the dangers that come from her fellow cows.

Bywgraffiad yr Awdur / Author Biography

Kevin Dyer is a prize-winning poet, short-form fiction writer and a professional playwright currently living in North Wales. He has been commissioned to write over 60 plays and won two major Writers’ Guild of Great Britain Awards – ‘Best Play’ and ‘Best Play for Children and Young People’. Kevin was also named ASSITEJ’s ‘Most Inspirational Playwright Award’. Kevin currently works as a creative writer for the Arts in Libraries team at St Helens, he is also an Associate Writer for Theatre Porto and Lead Artist for Storm in the North. Kevin is experienced at giving talks and doing public speaking events to a range of age groups, leading eighty creative writing sessions a year from ages 3 to adults.
