Ann \u0026amp; John Welton, both retired medical practitioners, came to live and work in Montgomery in 1966. They are founder members of Montgomery Civic Society and, with their passionate interest in local history, have been instrumental in the establishment by the society of the award-winning Old Bell Museum.
